What is the best reforge for the Trimarang? ›

The Trimarang is a pre-hardmode boomerang. It is crafted by combining the Shroomerang, Ice Boomerang, and Enchanted Boomerang at a work bench. Up to 3 can be thrown at once. Its best modifier is Godly or Demonic.

Now the Trimarang has the same damage as the Shroomerang and the same crit chance as the Ice Boomerang. I'm one of those people that likes it when an upgrade has the exact same stats or better.

The Trimarang is a boomerang crafted using three other pre-Hardmode boomerangs. Up to three can be thrown at a time, similar to the Light Disc and Bananarang. Its best modifier is Godly or Demonic. Both modifiers increase the average damage output by the same amount.

The Shroomerang is a boomerang dropped by Spore Bats with a 1/40 (2.5%) chance.

It really depends on your weapon. The overall best modifiers for weapons are generally the following: Legendary for melee (Godly if they can't get Legendary), Unreal for ranged, Mythical for Magic, and Ruthless for Summoner. Some weapons in these classes can't get these modifiers though.

The Enchanted Boomerang is highly effective and powerful for early- to mid-game players. Because it autoswings and can be found in Living Tree Chests, 3DS players easily have an early game advantage.

The Thorn Chakram is one of the best options available if you prefer using boomerangs in Pre-Hardmode Terraria. This boomerang deals 25 damage and has the ability to ricochet off surfaces, making it an effective weapon against groups of enemies or in tight spaces.

The Ice Boomerang is a melee weapon found in Frozen Chests in the Ice biome, as well as from Frozen and Boreal Crates. It behaves like a regular boomerang, but it is faster and emits light which can be used in dark areas.

Increasing melee speed with accessories and/or armor will increase both the range and flight speed of boomerangs.

The rarest item to drop is the Slime Staff, since it has a 1/10000 chance to drop from Slimes. "Ruthless" as the best Summoner reforge doesn't seem as special or unique to the class like the other major class reforges. I know Summoner can also get some Mage modifiers but Ruthless being the best for summoner doesn't feel as impactful.
